What You’ll Be Doing

Production Assistant

Work directly with our team on professional shoots, assisting with camera operation, lighting, and production setup. Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) content for internal content and social media. Manage, prep, and organize gear to ensure smooth production days.

Post-production video editing suite in use

Post-Production

Assist with editing client & internal projects in Final Cut Pro. Organize and log footage, build rough cuts, and support the post-production workflow. Learn and apply Media Core’s editing techniques and storytelling approach.

Project Coordination & Creative Development

Join creative meetings and contribute ideas for upcoming projects. Support project management tasks—organizing assets, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring projects stay on track. About the Opportunity

Media Core is a high-level, results-driven video production company that works with some of the best brands in the region. Our videos don’t just look great—they solve problems, drive action, and help businesses grow. This isn’t a “sit on the sidelines” internship. As a Video Production Intern at Media Core, you’ll be on set, in the edit bay, and part of real creative discussions. You’ll get hands-on experience working alongside an experienced team that holds itself to the highest standard. We’re also looking at this internship as a potential pathway to a full-time role. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We need a creative, detail-oriented individual with a strong visual eye, solid editing skills, and a passion for video production to join our collaborative team.

  • Current college juniors, seniors, or recent graduates in video production or a related field.
  • Experience with Final Cut Pro (or similar editing suite).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • A problem-solver who takes initiative and works well in a team.
  • A strong visual eye for framing, lighting, and editing—whether through class projects, freelance work, or personal content creation.
