Letter From The CEO

When Josh Langmade started Media Core, he didn’t have an established network or big clients, just a passion for helping businesses succeed by genuinely caring about their stories. “I wanted Media Core to be about more than just sales,” Josh says. “I wanted us to truly value the relationships we built.”

Inspired by his Christian roots, Josh set out to create a company grounded in empathy and integrity. In the first year, his brother Jake joined him, and together they built Media Core from the ground up. Six years later, the company has grown into one of the largest video production teams in the region, driven by the same purpose: helping businesses thrive through meaningful connections.

Now, Media Core has grown into a team of 10, and we’re still expanding. We believe it’s all about having the right people in the right seats. In a startup, everyone needs to believe in the vision of where the company is going and why we do what we do.

For us, video is a tool to authentically tell people’s stories and make a difference. We’ve been there through the tears and the triumphs, and we’re excited to keep growing alongside our clients. It’s truly a blessing to work with so many great people and businesses, and we look forward to helping even more companies flourish as we continue doing what we love.
