More real stories than anyone in our industry.
Since 2018, we've worked with more companies and projects than anybody in our industry in the corporate space. We believe every company has a story worth telling.
The people you'll actually work with.
No account managers between you and the crew. The person who hears your story is on the shoot and in the edit.

Jake (left) and Josh Langmade with the crew at the shop. Two brothers. One crew.
Josh started Media Core in 2018 with a camera, a truck, and a conviction: a company's story is an asset, not a marketing expense. Tell it well once and the whole business can use it for years. Sales sends it. Recruiting posts it. Leadership plays it at the anniversary dinner.
Jake runs the other half: the schedule, the shot list, the crew, and the deadline. The reason the dates hold. Together they've built a full in-house crew with a shop, a fleet, and a plane ticket habit, and they still answer the phone themselves.
"We wanted to do something in the industry that's never been done before. Grow one of the biggest video companies nationwide, and do business right."
Five things we hire for, fire for, and argue about.
Hover one for the line Josh uses when he explains it.

Passion
We like this work. It shows up in the footage and in the room.
"I want to enjoy coming to work every single day."Josh - 02
Stewardship
Your budget, your people, and your reputation are on loan to us for a day. We treat them that way.
"It takes years to build a reputation and one bad project to lose it."Josh - 03
Growth
Every project should leave the client, and us, better than it found us.
"Comfort is the enemy of tomorrow."Josh - 04
Excellence
The bar is the best film in your industry, not the best film in your town.
"Every touch point should feel like the gold standard."Josh - 05
One Crew
The people who pitched you are the people on set and in the edit. Nothing is handed off.
"Leave the ego at the door and let's grow together."Josh
Since 2018. The building, the trucks, the same people.
The fear we hear most from buyers who got burned isn't about talent. It's whether the shop will still exist when the project is due. Here's what that looks like from our side.

Rochester, Minnesota. Working nationwide.
The backyard first: most of our work is within a few hours of the shop. Then anywhere the story is. The crew that planned it is the crew that flies, and nobody local gets subbed in.
Let's talk about your next video.
A person replies within the hour during business hours.
